This 6-cavity hot-fill PET bottle stretch blow molding machine adopts an integrated split structure, equipped with six independent heat-set mold cavities matched with high-temperature resistant stretching rods. It features a separate infrared preheating oven with segmented temperature control modules. Servo stretching cylinders and dual-stage blowing valves form the core blowing unit. A built-in air recycling pipeline and integrated PLC electrical cabinet are mounted on the frame. Auto preform conveying rail and finished bottle unloading mechanism complete the full automatic structural layout.
