1) The whole frame of the machine adopts a whole piece of steel plate made of national standard material, which is of stable quality. The formwork and the whole machine have been annealed. All planes and holes of the frame are processed at one time in the CNC machining center to ensure that the frame is firm and does not deform, has good balance, and each hole position and plane is accurate.

2) Servo control structure is adopted for preform feeding, transferring, stretching and mold opening / closing, which is efficient and stable;

3) The drawer type die fixing structure makes the mold change simple and fast, and it only takes 30 minutes to change the die quickly;

4) The high-pressure air compensation mold locking mechanism ensures the quality of bottle blowing. The joints of the machine forming group adopt self-lubricating bearings imported from Japan, and the whole forming group is equipped with a centralized self-lubricating system.

The variable pitch device is controlled by servo for stable and accurate transferring.

Clamping unit:

 The clamping unit is controlled by servo motor to ensure the synchronization, stable running and precise location.
