1. Heating system:

Preforms are heated intensively, the cooling device and the cross ventilation protect the preform neck from out of shape, improve the energy utilization, and heating efficiency.

Transfer unit: The variable pitch device is controlled by servo for stable and accurate transferring.

Save energy :

The preform heating and blowing are on separated section, so that it can save the waiting time of each unit. The preforms are heated intensively, as the rotary machine heating type, improve the heating efficiency. Meanwhile, the high pressure air can saved by air recycling system, for the pre-blow or low pressure air supply, save energy.

1. High pressure air recycle system:  The high pressure air recycle system save the high pressure to the tank, reduce the noise and save energy lost.

2. Clamping unit: The clamping unit is controlled by servo motor to ensure the synchronization, stable running and precise location.

3. The whole frame of the machine adopts a whole piece of steel plate made of national standard material, which is of stable quality. The formwork and the whole machine are annealed. All planes and holes of the frame are processed at one time in the CNC machining center to ensure that the frame is firm, not deformed, has good balance, and each hole and plane is accurate.

4. The drawer type die fixing structure makes the mold change simple and fast, and it only takes 30 minutes to change the die quickly;

5. The high-pressure compensation mold locking mechanism ensures the quality of bottle blowing. The joints of the machine forming group adopt self-lubricating bearings imported from Japan, and the whole forming group is equipped with a centralized self-lubricating system.
